PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Market data gathering and analysis – internal & external
- Identifying problems & opportunities.
- Setting objectives and sales forecast
- Formulating marketing strategies.
- Development of marketing action programs.
- Work within parameters of the company’s financial targets.
3.Ensures flawless execution of set programs
4.Monitors & evaluates effectiveness of plans
5.Areas of responsibility
- Sales promotion
- Local Store Marketing
- Product development in coordination with Research department & R&D/QA
- Market Research
- Key person to work with all agencies – advertising, media & publicity.
- Manages the Creative Services team
- Customer service planning and implementation
- Other areas of responsibility
- 3rd party partnerships
